Ultra-pure Water System

Rotek offers a diverse range of Ultra-pure Water (UPW) modules utilizing ion exchange resins, deionizers (Mixed Bed Polisher), and electro-deionization (EDI) systems.

Ion exchange is a pivotal water treatment method employed to eliminate ions from water, ensuring purification.
It uses resin or similar medium charged with ions to attract and exchange ions present in water. Specific ions are removed while others are added, resulting in purified water. Moreover, it softens water by eliminating calcium and magnesium ions responsible for hardness.

Electrodeionization (EDI) System
Electrodeionization (EDI) System

Capacity: 100 - 20,000 LPH

EDI system is superior to a conventional mixed-bed deionization system both in ease of operation and maintenance. In addition, no chemicals are used for regeneration during the purification process.
